Adobe Fresco is another popular drawing app. I personally feel more comfortable drawing in Procreate but I have several artist friends who use Adobe Fresco exclusively.

One of the biggest perks about Fresco is that there is the option to create vector artwork, whereas Procreate is only pixel based. If vector drawing is a requirement for you, then Fresco is probably the best option.
